Hey, I'm a 12 year old boy. I am 1.6m/5'4" tall and weigh roughly 60kg/133lbs. I was actually 64kg 3 years ago but i devised a weight loss program. I wasnt in a rush, but there was a problem. See, I'm muslim and every Ramadan when i have to fast i put on weight. There are 3 reasons for this: 1. Not having breakfast reduces your motabolism for the day, 2. In Ramadan when we break fast people like to eat sweets, and 3. I cant do my runs because my throat gets too dry. To be honest i dont really mind the first 2, because 1 i can wake earlu to eat and 2 is traditional i dont want to stop that. I just want a way to lose weight or maintain my weight during the month of fasting, without having to run. Because every year during Ramadan i gain 1/4 of what i lost during the year. So i could be 1.5 kg lighter over those 3 years. Help me please :) thank you!
