Hello! Today i went to take a piss and notced that there are two red dots on the right side of my scrotum. They both look like rashes, and they are skin level and they don't look like genital warts. There are no bumps or anything. The circles are about 1/4 the size of a penny and are painless. What kind of rash is it?
