for the past like 2 days ive had coughing and somewhat fevers. not too high. but today i kept waking up from being too hot. then too cold. then i woke up this morning and looked and i found about 7 pimple looking bumps on my scrotum. not on the tip more like all spread out around the sides of it. I understand herpes you also have fever like symptoms during an outbreak. but usually they are more of a rash & blister form?, and this isnt . they look like whitehead small pimples with a slight red coloration around them, i feel little pain down there except for maybe when i try to pop them but thats it. not fierce pain. any ideas what it could be?

White bumps on the testicles are commonly mistaken as a sexually transmitted disease, and cause undue worry. Most of the time it's the natural occurrence known as Fordyce's spots. Fordyce's spots are normal occurrences on the genital area. The typical spots are small, painless white spots or nodules located on the shaft of the penis or on the scrotum. There is no treatment needed for Fordyce's spots. In fact, lancing them or poking around them unnecessarily could lead to infection. It is due to over activity of the sebaceous glands, and it sounds like this is what you have, with the description you give.

I hate to say that when I found out I had herpes they too looked like a bad out brake of pimples... The 1st time later in the out brakes do look like blisters ea one after the 1st one.. And the 1st out brake can take up to 8days after intercourse to appear..90% of men are called carriers .. So you will have alot of flu like symtoms first with pimples if any pimples ... And most out brakes later only seem like the flu no physical signs so you don't realize you can pass it.. So be careful during flu like days
