I have secondary Raynauds with Scleroderma which is in remission. I have the Raynauds on the bottom of feet--more on the left side--and have been having muscle cramps in th feet especially early morning while in bed. I am not on any medication. I just had a heart ablation and discontinued taking Diltizam. I had taken atenolol for the irregular heart beat but when diagnosed with Sclerodema, started on the Diltizam. Is there anything I can take to increase the blood flow to my feet and help with the muscle cramps. I have tried Gatorade, tonic water, D3, magnesium. My sister has been diagnosed with vasculitic neuropathy and is paralyzed in both hands and feet. I don't want to go there.
