There's this spot toward the front of my scalp where the skin feel somewhat uneven/bumpy. It doesn't feel like an infection or condition or anything, just oddly uneven skin. I'm not too concerned with that aspect, but what is making me curious is the fact that scratching and/or lightly pulling the hairs in this spot feels really good. Like, strangely good. I can't even describe the feeling, but I'd go as far to say that, aside from orgasm, its the best physical sensation I've ever felt. I always find myself scratching at it when I'm day dreaming or bored or something. I've even scratched it to the point that it started to bleed a little bit, and the REALLY weird thing is that scratching it while bleeding STILL felt good.
Wtf is up with this spot? Its not exactly a problem, per se, it doesn't hurt or itch or anything, I'm just worried I'm going to scratch the sh*t out of it or pull too many hairs out while lost in thought/boredom.

I have the same thing in the middle of my scalp. My scalp looks perfectly healthy but the localized area of itching ( in which doesn't really itch) is annoying. I've found it to get worse when im stressed out, which causes me to twist and pull the hair in the area unti hairs come out. Oddly enough it feels really good, but has caused a bald spot, so the only way for me to get relief is hot/cold towel, massaging it or applying a hairclamp on the spot. Im going to make an appointment with a neurologist to see if I can get more answers.

Omg! Me too! I know exactly what your going through. I tend to tug and pull out the hairs at my spot in the center of my scalp. That spot feels so weird, sometimes it feels numb, at other times it feels tender. When I feel as if I have pulled too many hairs, I will just rub or lightly scratch it. My scalp in that area looks completly normal. When I was a kid I would hate for anyone to comb my hair or touch my scalp there because it was more tender then. Now I always try to get my husband to scratch it. I don't feel as if its mental. I don't feel nervous or sad. I wonder what's going on. When I mention it to people, I feel crazy...

I have this too, it started to appear around 5th grade.. It's so weird. These bumps are all over my head. I dig at them all the time and my parents always tell me to "Stop digging!" But it's so weird. They come and go. Could it be dry scalp or something? I have scratched at one bump so much there's a tiny bald spot there. But why are these bumps here? And is it okay to strach at them?

capriI have never experienced bumps on my scalp, but maybe it would help to see a dermatologist.

I have this near the top center of my scalp and I just push on it and touch it lightly and it feels like I have an orgasmic nerve ending on my head! It's so weird and I just noticed it last year. I always touch it when watching movies or daydreaming. I don't think it's a bad thing...maybe a bundle of nerves? An acupressure spot?

It’s quite refreshing to see that there are others like me. It’s a part of my scalp that once I touch it it gives such a good sensation that I have to keep going, and it feels so good. Sometimes I can get my bf to rub it and it feels so intensely good that I can fall asleep drooling in bliss. Often times I’ll keep rubbing and iris very difficult to stop to the point where I would get a slight headache if I don’t keep going. Would be awesome to know what this relates to but happy to see I’m not alone with this.
