after sex, i experience some pain in urination and discomfort (pressure) in the genital area. My penis has been curving excessivbely to one side and my doctor told me that my prostate is swollen. I also have stretchmarks in the inner leg which seem to get larger. I've been to doctors for over 4 years now and no one has been able to help me. I wonder if these symptons have anything to do with premature ejaculation also. Does anyone know what this could be? Any input is much appreciated.

Hello! How old are you? Is the problem with premature ejaculation something new you’re experiencing or it has always been like that?
How often do you have sex/masturbate?
There are many possible problems that are connected to premature ejaculations, psychological problems, anxiety and stress may be some of the reasons as well.
Are you taking any sorts of medications?
If your doc said that your prostate was swollen, did he did a massage and checked prostate fluid for any inflammations. What kind of tests did you have over the last four years?
The curving of the penis… has it always been like this? I mean, there are all sorts of penises, this may be your natural thing. Did your problems started appearing gradually or at once?
Stretch marks have nothing to do except with weight gain/loss and stretching of the skin. I don’t know of any underlying problems regarding stretch marks.
Some of the possible ejaculatory problems may be thyroid gland dysfunction, male menopause, prostate disorders, high blood pressure, high doses of caffeine, stress, testosterone imbalance or even weak pelvic muscles.
