Has anyone had a failed rectovaginal fistula surgery? My doctor calls it a recurring fistula, rather than failed. Anyway, he can do an advancement flap for. 2nd surgery, but can't guarantee it will be a 100% fix. He's a top gun/uro specialist, but I'm looking into a 2nd opinion. Any advice? Mine was caused by a bartholin cyst abcess. I'm 57.
