Hello guys.

Basically I was born with something missing in my right ear which made me prone to ear Infection. I have had my fair share since being born however I am now 19 years old and tonight got a sharp pain in my ear. Also I haven't been to well the last couple of days I left it and went to bed. The pain got 100x worse over three hours or more. My right side is completely red and my glands are swollen. I can hear wind chimes when I cover my ears which is giving me a headache. I'm from the U.K. So not allowed to see doctor until 5 days are up. Any ideas?? I've currently took cocodine to stop pain and it's doing the job. Also been in tears for a good two hours because the ache was crazy. Never had this. Help

I am terribly sorry to hear/read your sad story..

I am a mother of 3 children and what an insane experience right from infants they all 3 experienced chronic ear, throat and sinus infections over, over and over again. Followed by numerous ER trips, walk-ins, Dr appt's, surgeries for ear tubes, etc..
My middle child (daughter) had this more times than I can count..
Oral Antibiotics and Ciprodex Ear Drops, Tylenol and Advil seem to help.
She frequently gets hearing tested and unfortunately has failed everyone since she was an infant.
She was recently at a Natural Pathetic doctor and was blood tested for food allergies.. we received confirmation of food allergies Dairy was extremely high as was gluten and corn.
My other 2 children still have ear infections at times but now that we are avoiding the foods that seemed to cause this they to are a lot better.
They do notice right away how these foods make them feel after eating them "cheating if you will" on this new diet plan.
I am not sure this is the cure all but maybe if it seems to be helping them then sharing this story might (fingers crossed) help you or someone else?!
Thank you for reading my story and I will continue to follow this and would very much appreciate hearing how you are feeling..
I wish you better health & sending you healing hugs
