I had used a retinol cream on my penis to try to get rid of the white bumps on my penis about a year ago. And the cream had made my ball sack intensly itchy, and red. A year has passed by and it still red, the itching only appears if I sweat. but the redness on my ball sack is always. My penis is normal cplor and ij between my legs the skin color is normal. Its just my ball sack that has the issue. The dermatologist gave me a steroid cream and it helped but after I stopped using the cream it returned the next day. I dont know what to do please help.
