I just got back from a trip to whales, in which I wasn't able to shower or bathe for 5 days.

When I got back i noticed my penis was unusually sensitive, and the glans was very swollen and red and glossy in two areas, beneath which is a small yellowish spot under the skin.

Neither of which are painful, but very tender.

I'm presuming this is some kind of infection brought about by lack of hygeine.

Any answers?
