red dime sized bump on my cheek, very dry

Ive got a bump on my cheek, to the left of my left nostrilish area. I thought it was a zit about 5 weeks ago, but it was very dry skin, and it is a bit hard, not like theres a real lump under there, but like a zit kind of, its raised a bit off my face and about the size of a dime, its skin colored, until I fiddle with it, otherwise it will get red when its irritated, its almost not noticable when I wake up in the morning, but its definetally there, very dry skin on it, and if I squeeze it very hard, it doesnt pop, because theres no tip, but very tiny dots of puss will excrete from it, and will stretch a couple inches on my finger before breaking. Ive been leaving it alone, but I dont want it on my face anymore :p. Ive just been putting lotion on it, to fix the dry skin, any idea what I should do with it? didnt find anything on the net that really matched it. I though maybe putting neosporne on it would help since its an antibiotic...any ideas? Thanks in advance
