Whenever I masterbate I get red spots on the end of my penis. I dont have a girlfriend so I know its not an std. What is it? Can I use a penis cream to clear it up? I saw this Man1 stuff that is supposed to be good for the penis skin.

Penis skin is enormously sensitive, and the kind of dots you are referring to often occur for a variety of reasons – it may be a result of the friction from your masturbating, it may be an allergic reaction to your lubricant or the soap you use- lots of things. My junk gets that way a lot (because I whack off a lot), so yeah, I use Man1 Man oil, and it helps a LOT. I don't ever get the problem any more. So do it!
