Redness or irritation on head of penis

I have a Question. About 2 months ago or a little over 2 months I had unprotected sex and I was fine since, no issues nothing wrong, but the previous weekend I bought a flesh light and I used it Sunday or Monday and I busted in it and I don't think I cleaned it good or really at all. Then I used it again a few hours later but I used it rough and rigorous the same night and and the next day or so I got red and some irritation on head of penis.. doesn't burn while I piss doesn't sting barely any tingling and no dishcharge no soars just red and a little irritated, and somewhat frequent urination. I went to Dr. they said it looks like nothing and gave me a cream any idea what this is or if it's just a reaction and will go away in the next week with cream/ointment. Please reply to me if you think you know what this is.

Hey Anonymous, it's hard to say without seeing your rash but it sounds like it's irritation caused by frequent vigorous masturbation. It's possible you got a skin infection like balannitis from not cleaning your fleshlight but the first issue seems more probable. Are you circumcised ?

Also I heard u can still get balanitis if your circumcised just more common in uncircumcised men

Last message then I'll wait for a response, the unprotected sex was like a little less than 2 months like a week short of 2 but like I said it's been almost a week with this rash and no symptoms at for herpes.????

They did a culture of my piss and said that it wasn't any infection like that and they didn't see any signs of herpes and said it's probably irritation and like I said prescribed the cream and now told me to use neosporin cream and to sleep with loose clothes and stuff and it should go away in a few days
Do you agree or what do you think?????
