Since Thanskgiving my dad has been in and out of the hospital, he has has his spleen remove, found out he has hep C, and from this has developed cerosis of the liver. When they removed his spleen apparently they nicked his pancreas. His pancreas keeps leaking, they have put stints in it, but it continues to leak, they have told him that in two weeks (the week after Easter) he will be re admitted and his pancreas will be removed. I have much concern for him, he has lost an incredable amount of weight. I guess I need so reassurance that my dad is going to be alright. Has anyone faced anything like this??
