Hi i am a 14-year old male and my right breast is sore and swollen, when I squeeze with little force or push down on the nipple i feel pain my left breast is fine and some times when squeezed too hard on my right breast what looks like water comes out of the nipple, I'm really concerned and need help. Also when i squeeze the left breast I don't feel nothing out of the order but when i squeeze my right one i feel tissue or something hard in there.
