I am 54 years old and about two years ago I got water in my left ear while showering.
Since then, after the water drained out, I have had a constant ringing in that ear.
At night and early morning it is terrible and interferes with my sleep.
I smoke about a pack a day, and I drink socially.
Is there anything that can alleviate this problem, it has gotten to the point to
where it is affecting my life. Ed
