I realy need helpp on thiss pleassee! im freaking outt!! but here it is......... So i started this pill 9 days ago and me and my bro friend had unprotected sex for the first time. he did "go" inside me and now i am scared because i wanna make sure i am protected the most i can be with the pill. I see people say months then others say 2 days to a week and i just need to find this outt. Pleaseee someone help mee.

Most say use a condom for the first 30 days. It is possible that protection starts earlier, but that is the recommended waiting period for him to cum inside you without a condom. Each medicine could be different. The easiest thing is to call any pharmacy (if you are embarassed to talk to yours) and read off the label information so they know what you have. They can tell you how quickly it can start working. Future reference, ask these questions BEFORE sex. Also some other medicines for colds can reduce the effectiveness of the pill. It ALL depends on WHEN you started the pill so if you started it on day one of your period then it is effective immediately
If you started on day five then it is effective in 14-days time - any other starting point isn't safe until you start packet two of the Pill. Even though I am NOT an advocate for Plan B! And it depends on when you took it then you should perhaps get plan b! And also ALWAYS have your partner wear a condom! You need to remember that there is still STD's to worry about plus also a 1 - 2% chance of pregnancy! Hope this helps!
