Im facing this problems since 4 yrs whenever i talk to my g/f even by phone it leaks it self, nd when i meet nd talk to her even not about the sex but it continuely leaks then i cant have a sex. So please advise me that how can i stop this,

if you masturbate every week or two three times a week or have sex with your girlfriend often then that is the reason. your penis is tired. stop thinking about sex and girls. .eat less meat ,soda,eat more vegetables either cooked or fried. go jogging every 2 days a week. for now do this no sex for 6 to 7 months . it will give your penis enough time to recover. same happened but when i stopped masturbating for 6 months it stopped. so until 6 months no sex no masturbate but lots of jogging, vegetables. after you recover i would say have sex a month so that your penis remains healthy and does not go weak ans exhausted again like it is now. right now go away from girls and masturbating for 6 months.

No sir ..
