Okay, it's like this: about 2 weeks ago it occurred to me: hey, nothing's turned me on in about a month! So I thought I'd masturbate and give the equipment some dusting off. The thing is, the things that used to turn me on didn't have much of an effect; and when I had an orgasm, it was unexpectedly: I was barely hard; it also kind of hurt. Usually I would remain "excitable" for a few days after that, but no; so I tried reviving the equipment again. That's when I noticed the deep, dark, veins on the sides of penis. I have NEVER noticed those before; they were darkest at the base, and stretched right up the side. It was also painful when I stimulated myself.
Tonight, I get home; take a piss; and notice my penis is as small as a thimble; stimulation was even more difficult, and there was definite pain.
I must stress that I have been urinating without trouble or pain. I am a 140 pound male, 29 years old; I don't drink or smoke; I could probably use more exercise, but I am thin. I do no drugs. The only substances I have been using are guaifenesin (this has been prologned, to deal with sinus pressure), occasional antihistamines, and priolosec (started about 5 days ago). I have only been sexually active once; that was about 2 months ago; it was oral sex.
I am seriously concerned this could be a sign of something very serious. I thank you sincerely for your patience in reading my problem, and for any advice or insight you may offer. Thank you,

It is normal for men to have visible veins on their penises. Sometimes, it could be due to poor functioning of the valves in the testicles. Maybe you have developed varicocele around the testicle and are having problems now. When this condition is present, a person usually sees something that looks like a “bag of worms” just above their testicles. Varicocele can also cause discomfort in your testicles but I haven’t hurt that it causes penile pain.
Considering you don’t have sex and that you don’t masturbate that often (am I right?), I can’t see what the possible reason of your pain could be. I think you should see a doctor to have it examined.
Once I read a report from a guaifenesin taking patient that he had experienced orgasm problems after being on this drug for about 3-4months. This person also reported gaining weight, so maybe you could look into that possibility with your doctor. The problem is that guaifenesin is said to have few side effects and is very well taken by patients, so your doctor may not want to take the drug into consideration.
