i had a positive pregnancy test but i am not sure if i am pregnant. i have had several false positives over the past few months and my cycle has come on. but now i am having extreme bloating for past week, nausea, lower back aches, tired, frequent urination, growing appetite (before nausea began) how far along could i be? my last period was feb 12 to feb 18. %-)

Make an appointment with your OBGYN in order to get an exact date, however you might be 5-7 weeks pregnant if you are. Also, if you were getting false positives in the past, what did they link them to? Often false positives are associated with ovarian tumors and ovarian cysts. It is adviseable that you see your doctor to not only follow through with prenatal care (the earlier the better) but also have ultrasounds to check the ovaries and possibly the pregnancy.
