I have had sore breast for about 2 weeks started having a brown discharge about 3 days ago not alot just when I wipe but a few times it has been a clot is the best way I can explain it I am now having severe cramps. I've had my mirena in for about 2 years and haven't had trouble with it. My gyno can't see me til monday and I am starting to get nervous. Not sure what could be causing this and if I should just go to the hospital?
