I am 50 years old and had bilateral hip replacements in October 2016.Recovery was great for the first 2 months,very mild pain and stairs no problem,Then after that I developed severe front thigh pain,now I waddle when I walk,stairs are almost impossible and I cannot carry more than 5 or 10 pounds,This is starting to affect my life,I cannot work or do much in the way of exercises,seems to a going problem with THR,why.

My husband had a bilateral THR June and all went great now in January pain in his thigh is severe he cant hardly walk. I see online this seems to be common with a lot of hip replacement. I really could use some advice on what he can try to help the pain! THANK YOU
