The upper inside top of my nose is very painfull, feels like a blockage but its not, get an odd small shooting pain every few mins. Tried a cotton bud to see If I could feel anything but it was just more pressure and a little. Im trying to breathe through my mouth as the pain increases when I try to breathe through my nose
