I have just got tested today for glandular fever which im not to happy about, but going through the pain with my throat and everything is also problems with my nose, its completely blocked with mucus/snot! most of it is dry but when i cry it becomes wet and gooey and so i can blow it out but that doesnt get it all out, i've gone through almost a whole box today, how can i cure this easy, im use to always breathing through my nose so going to sleep at nights is a real challenge and people are saying that they can hear me finding it hard to breathe when i am asleep because i try and breathe through my nose because i close my mouth then i realize i cant. Please help, i need it to go away really soon, i cant put up with it anymore.
