Sharp pain like a contraction last night after intercourse

Last night I noticed pain during intercourse with my fiance that I have never noticed before and then when we were finished i was laying in bed and all of a sudden had this sharp piercing pain it truly felt like a contraction at about an 8 i could not breath could not sit up it was as if the pain were so horrible that i was paralyzed it lasted for about 1min and after that i was sore and achie i could not get up all night long to use the restroom and this morning when i got out of bed the dual achie feeling was still there it has come and gone all day today and i feel small contraction like feelings when i urinate also when i walk, lift our little boy, or anything that requires getting up and moving around the achie pain comes back i am not supposed to start my period for a few days though i did have period like cramps late last week and my periods always run right on time! if anyone has any input on what may be going on with me please share some information as i am miserable and i do not have insurance b/c i just took another position and have no been here long enough!
