If she is on birth control pills for at least two weeks and taking pills regularly then there is nothing you should be worried about regarding unwanted pregnancy. You can have all the sex you want and even ejaculate inside of her, she won’t get pregnant. There are many other reasons why girls have their periods late. Recent use of medications or drugs, being under a lot of stress, having anxiety issues, flu; all of these can cause menstrual changes. From my point of view, she is not pregnant and I think you should relax, that is if she is on birth control for some time. She will get her period soon. Hope this helps
