I'm a 25yo male and recently had sex with my current partner for the first time. She is on birth control. However could not take one about a week or so prior due to not having her prescription. We had sex unprotected but I did NOT ejaculate. The other "pre-cum" questions on here are a mixed bag of answers and I feel this situation is unique. So she took two pills the day after we had intercourse and I'm just paranoid the whole cycle of pills is messed up and whatnot. Is there a chance she's pregnant?

It's unlikely she's pregnant. Missing one pill, assuming she takes the others as directed, chances would be very slight. If she'd missed a couple of days the odds would rise greatly.
She SHOULD have taken the missed pill the day she got her refill - taking two pills that day.
There was no need for her to take two after having sex.
