should i consider myself lucky?

Hey,Im almost 18 and My partner and i had unprotected sex 2 times and he came in me both times, i was not pregnant either times. also, in tha past, my ex boyfriend came in me once and i wasnt pregnant. Does this mean i cant become pregnant or i was jus lucky those few times?
