I have been dealing with inaprop. sinus tach. since 2003 and have just recently had to have 2 ablations which both failed. I am on my last resort of meds and am now having heart flutters and pressure. At times it feels like I am having the beggining of a heart attache. Any help?

I am a 31 yr fm who has been diagnosed with innapropriate sinus tach and I have been battling this for 3 yrs with only occasional periods of normal heart rates. I had a SA node modification in January that was at best extremely unsuccesful, and due to the position of my diaphragmatic nerve the physician said he would never attempt to ablade me again. I am miserable and I do not know what to do. I have been on countless rounds of various meds and am currently on pindolol, with pre-syncopal events due to low bp and limited control of the tachycardia with no way to increase the meds. Should I press for more to be done surgically? I know I am not in danger from the tach but some thickening of the heart muscle has been noted by echo and what is to happen to my lv function after long period of time with heart rates of 150-220 during mild activity? I need help.
