After a sex skin came down from pennies and ot is not coming up. When i pullu it is going down. My half of pennies is with out skin. Is it any thing major peoblem if yes which specialist i need to contact

Your foreskin came down while having sex? This can happen and it should retract by itself. It may be slightly swollen now, if you haven't been able to retract your foreskin before.
Can you retract it?
Is it TIGHT or causing you any pain or discomfort? If so, you may have paraphimosis which is a medical emergency. It can cut off the blood flow leading to tissue death (loss of a portion of your penis).
