ambien for the past 6 years,I was abel to get a good nights sleep which really helped with the fibro and the exhaustion now it seem i have restless legg syndrome and I awake every few hours and it takes a while to fall back asleep. Dose anyone know of a diffrent sleeping pill i could take for this?

I was also using ambient because I was waking up in the middle of the nights and couldn’t fall asleep again. I got this drug prescribed for 10 days only. He told me I shouldn’t be taking it longer. Did your doctor tell you to use it that long?
Did you have any problems with withdrawal symptoms? I hear that ambient is addictive. Six years do sound too long.
I am on Seroquel now. It treats both my depression and sleeping problems. You can also get it only by prescription.
