small blisters on my labia look like herpes, but I have no other symptoms

I really doubt its herpes, it could be something to do with the pores on your penis, very common, no need to worry :)

I am a 16 year old and have been sexually active with my boyfriend of a year 1/2 for a year now. Neither of us have had sexual contact with anybody else and i am experiencing the small blisters symptoms of herpes, what else could it be?? im so scared!

its not herpes. my boyfriend has it too. i thought he had something, i asked my doctor and they said it something(can't remember what)but it is not a std, or anything like that, she told me that lots of guys have it. if they are uniformed around the head of your penis, and you haven't had sex im sure you have the same thing he had. Its just something some guys are born with. if you go to your doctor he/she can tell you the name of it, but at this moment i can't remember what it is called.

Likely to be "Pearly Papules". Completely harmless. Look like little 'glands' or bumps, right? Its like having a skin tape.. can't really get rid of them but their just an odd shaping of skin that develops for no real good reason. Google pearly papules.. you'll find the pics and hopefully some relief :)

Honey those sound like fordyce spots.. I have those too. They don't come from being sexually active and there quite a few people who have them. You're fine.
