hi i am a 34 yr old woman, and i have found a small lump on the inside of my vaginal lip i have had it once before but this time it is a little bigger. it does not itch or hurt, it is solid and i dont get any puss from it, it almost looks like an achnie spot but the skin over it is very think, could this just be a swollen gland?
