hey i have like 5 small bumps with a white head around my vigina that are filled with puss and theyhurts when they are touched or rubbed and they been there for like a week and i just wanted to know what they are and if anyone thought they were sercious or will they just go away

i went to the doctors today and they said that i had a few white blood cells in my urine . im so scared and idk what the bumps are .
i have had them for years now .
some are small and black & others are big and white .
some one please help & give me advice on what to do .
