Hey all, ive had these small red spots on my inner thigh near my genitals for about 2-3 months now, i just left them thinking they would go away but in the last few days some of the spots have become bigger and protrude from my skin more and they hurt when you touch them, any ideas on what these could be? can it be serious? thanks alot in advance
