Small lump on left testicle... pain when i feel about

I have had a small lump on my left testicle for a couple of weeks now.. When I touch it it is quite sore, and is also sore after ejaculation

i had an STI test done by a doctor but there was nothing wrong there. I was given some tablets just incase it was anyway.

but its still painful, anybody got any advice?
