Hi, I have a small lump near the right testicle, its not directly on the testicle as i can move it around but not very far from the area. I squeezed it a few time to confirm that it was there and now it hurts insanley bad. Anyone have any clue what it can be? It feels like its kinda on a small string attached to the ball.

Hey. i had the exact same lump about the.soze.of an almond attaches.to my spermatic cord i was scared and.then the doc told me it was actually blocked up sperm in the cord so i was given anti inflammatory and was told ejaculation may fix it so i went home and pulled out a playboy and yup u got it...lump dissappeared

Hi, i have the same lump too. But i just had sex last night and this morning its still there. it doesn't hurt unless i touch it or unless it rubs against my thigh.
