My penis is like at the most 3 inches I’m 14 and I haven’t hit puberty. Idk if I’m a late bloomer or just never gonna hit puberty. I just want to know if my penis will grow when or if I hit puberty

Jeez your 14, why do you guys think full puberty happens over night? Puberty can start anywhere from the age of 10 and just because you don't see obvious signs like penis growth, pubic hair, body/facial hair or gain in height doesn't mean it's not started yet as the body goes through many changes you can't see as well!
