My 6 year old has a small white bump on her vagina at the very tip of the labia. She says it is painful and itches. What is it?

Since she is only 6 years old it is probably nothing serious. Maybe just a pimple and because it is on a very sensitive place probably that is causing itching and pain. And off course your little girl must be terrified to discover something like this on her intimate parts.
But it would be wise to see your doctor because you can never be 100 % sure that everything is fine. And some of the vaginal infections could be carried if person is using towel after another infected person so pay attention to other members of your household.
