My son is 4 yrs old and has developed pea-sized pinkish bumps on his scrodum. There was one about 2 days ago, and now there are 2. He can not stop itching there. What are the possibilities?

Some bumps on the penis are normal and they are usually appearing in a teenage years. Some of them are indicating sexual transmitted disease. Since your child is experiencing itchy sensation I think it would be wise to check with the pediatrician.
It is quite possible to get some sexual transmitted disease after you have used for example same towel as the infected person. My neighbor had similar problem with her child because the child had genital warts and the big question was how she got it. At the end towel was the one to blame.
The treatment wasn’t such a big deal and it lasted for about few days because there were only 3-4 warts. Check with your doctor and I hope that everything will be fine.
