I'm toning muscles in order to have smaller arms, not to have bigger arms. I don't wanna have mannish arms.
I work with muscles 1 hour, everyday on this machine which has additional elements. [I don't know its name in English, btw]
Am I on the right path? How can I achieve the result I'm looking for?
