I am an 18 year old female, I danced for 2 years when I was younger and now I have developed 'snapping hips', the slightest movement causes a crack and when I walk one hip crunches!. It isnt sore when it cracks but I often get pain down my thigh, lower back and around my hips. I am concerned I may develop Bursitis later in life, it doesnt that help my family have a bad arthiritis gene too. I would like to take some supplements (e.g cod liver oil is heard to be good) that could possibly help prevent Bursitis in the future but Im not sure which. Could you help me please?
