i was at work when two youths stopped me and spat in my eyes, i have been afraid i had caught some thing as i got pink eye a week ago now i have pains in my testies i have booked a day to see the doctor but i just want some fast advise what could i catch as i now have pains in my testies.

Unfortunately, the eyes are mucous membranes. You can be exposed to almost anything so we can't say with any real certainty.
Chlamydia is a possibility and the timing is right.
Good luck, do get checked ASAP.
Just as an example, if one of us get something in our eye, we get an immediate HIV test done and prophylactic antibiotics. A repeat HIV test is done 3 and 6 months later as well.
