Precum comes way before you cum. Precum starts coming out of your penis as soon as you are aroused. How much of it varies from guy to guy but it could be as little as just a little drip of fluid coming out the tip. Cum (when you ejaculate) comes out in spurts usually and theres a lot more of it.
