In my line of vision I can always see something that maybe resembles a web. It does move about and there are always bright white sesame seed shaped maybe eggs I'm guessing, but also my clothes are full of what I would call lice. I can knock them off me like dandruff. They are on my appliances and floors. Any idea as to what these are?

I'm not a doctor, but the symptoms you described, such as seeing something resembling a web in your line of vision and feeling like there are lice on your clothes and surroundings, may be indicative of a condition called visual floaters and delusional parasitosis, respectively.
Visual floaters are tiny specks or strands that float across your visual field, and they are usually harmless. They are caused by changes in the gel-like substance (vitreous) in the back of your eye. If you are experiencing an increased number of floaters or other changes in your vision, it's important to have your eyes examined by an ophthalmologist to rule out any underlying eye conditions.
Delusional parasitosis is a psychiatric condition characterized by a false belief of being infested with parasites. People with this condition often report sensations of crawling, itching, or biting, along with a belief that they can see the parasites. It's important to discuss your concerns with a healthcare professional, who can evaluate your symptoms and provide appropriate guidance and support.
Maybe you can get a sample and take it checked?
