It moves on it self??? Or you can move it when you touch it? Cane you describe location more accurate? Is it under your ear or near your shoulder? Give us more details.

Accurate diagnosis on the net is likely to be difficult to impossible. It could be almost anything, from an inflamed or enlarged lymph node, or a boil, to a benign or cancerous growth. (Don't get panicky about that, that's a somewhat unlikely worst-case scenario.)

Point is, you should see a doctor about it.
