Ok, ever since I first got my period I've had these sores or this places that look like bruises all over my vagina. Well recently, I've been getting the symptoms of a yeast infection but without the discharge. It burns VERY bad whenever I urinate and theres this like pimple/blister on almost the inside of my vagina, which isn't exactly outside the normal it just hurts 10 times more and is in a different place then usual. Also, it's been itching very badly and it's kind of hurting the skin around my anus too... what could this be? I'm very very worried.. I've got an appointment with my gynecologist but I'm actually kind of nervous about it.. please help?

it might be bladder infection, i had that. u gatta get it treated as soon as possible, go to dr's cuz no one sells medicine for it. heres more info ***
