this started about a year ago, i got a lump, and just thinking it was a spot i squashed it, untill it popped and out came a water like liquid and after manic squeezing out came what looked like a tiny white ball. since then about 4 time over the last year iv had these spot like things that are bigger, and sort of like what i imagine a cyst to look like, im worried because now i have three in the same area. i donot wear underwhere, and never have done. but i do wear rather tight jeans. iv had bv in the past but have no idea as to what they are iv been with my boyfriend for over a year and was tested and was clean before him, we dont use contraception, but i know he hasnt cheated. what can it be?
