I have a couple of tiny lumps on my mons pubis area, they look like pimples, no itching just wondering what they are. It got so frustrating that I popped one but instead of popping like a normal pimple a super tiny hard ball of something came out plus a lot of blood. Now I'm really freaking is this a std or a cyst, please someone help
