During my period I noticed a sour smell to my blood/discharge. Went to doc and was told it is not a bacterial infection. That everytng is normal. But I've nevered smelled this before. She told me it cld be my ph balance is off. Or hormones but I want it to go away. The smell has gotten better with the days. but it annoying. What do I do?

I am also experiencing it and have just stopped the pill last month. My doctor says that if I do have problems like these it is highly likely that it will be a hormone thing and it should come right after 2 cycles.

I am also experiencing the same issue and have been to the doctors three times for it and everything comes back as normal. I have had it for about 8 months now. It is not half as strong as the first few but in my personal opinion it is still not good. I have it a few days before and after my period and then it is gone the rest of the time. Really wish I knew how to make it go away for good.
